Talking is Mental CIC is an organistion combatting loneliness, social isolation and poor mental health in Scotland.
We do this by connecting people through a variety of activity groups and encouraging dialogue about the impact of loneliness on mental health.

If you are dealing with loneliness or social isolation we are here to help!
Come along to one of our free groups to make new friends, find a new hobby and take positive steps towards combatting loneliness, poor mental health and anxiety.

According to the 2024 Scottish Health Survey over 7% of adults in Scotland reported feeling lonely "most" or "all of the time", that's just under 400,000 people
(enough people to fill 8 Hampden Park's)
People experiencing prolonged or intense periods of loneliness are at greater risk of poor mental health, elevated blood pressure, acute stress and early mortality. This is not how it needs to be....

Did you know we are an award winning organisation?
